From day-of direction for the bride who has planned it herself, to full production led personally by Christina.
Tier One
Wedding day management and month-of coordination — ideal for the bride who has handled the planning but wants a professional running the day itself.
Tier Two
Planning and management for couples whose schedules, work or distance mean the 250+ hours a wedding demands simply are not available.
Tier Three
The luxury level — every facet of planning, production and hands-on management, crafted for the couple and their families who wish to enjoy every moment of this time.

Before You Engage Us
90 minutes · by appointment · $250
For prospective clients actively considering hiring a professional wedding or event planner, who wish to discuss their plans thoroughly. Your planning meeting is designed to be the first blueprint step toward the creation of an amazing wedding or event celebration, and during the meeting we give you advice based on our years of knowledge and expertise, as well as our many revered partnerships with excellent service providers locally and nationwide.
Upon conclusion of your planning meeting you will be provided with a customised quote for services, as well as the opportunity to move forward with securing Heaven Sent Wedding Consultants as your planner.
Planning meetings are 90 minutes, by appointment only — $250
The fee is payable in cash, and as our way of saying thank you for entrusting this occasion to our company, it is credited to your final payment at the end of the planning process.
A three-hour session for the newly engaged
A great way to receive expert professional guidance about the vision you have for this day. Designed for the newly engaged, this three-hour session will help you define your thoughts, and includes a listing of qualified vendor referrals, a written basic budget overview and a simple planning worksheet to get you started on the road to a heavenly matrimonial experience.
Wedding planning and coordination are not included at this level of service.

Included in the Diamond tier
Allow us to create a wonderful retreat for you to celebrate your first night together — from romantic candlelight to special treats and amenities, our Wedding Night Suite Décor service is the crowning touch to a perfect day.
One hour of onsite management included
Need assistance pulling together a memorable rehearsal event? We work with you to find the right location, menu and little touches that make this pre-wedding gathering fun, relaxing and enjoyable for everyone. One hour of onsite management is included.
For your out-of-town guests
A warm, wonderful way to welcome your out-of-town guests. We will include maps, snacks, trinkets, tickets, directions — anything that will make their stay a pleasant one.
Ceremony and/or reception site
Let us provide those little, important extras to ensure the comfort of you and your guests on this special day. The baskets can be used at your ceremony and/or reception site, at your choice, and include gender-specific items.
Cost includes all items, containers, setup and signage. Personalised hand towels are available at an additional charge.
Abroad
For clients who wish to host a destination wedding for their family and friends.
Twenty inclusions — open to read the full list
In addition to your primary wedding consultant, a minimum of one assistant will be present to ensure the efficient management of your event. All travel and lodging costs for the consultant and her assistants are the responsibility of the client. A pre-event site inspection is required for all destination wedding events.
